What is CareCredit®?

Anybody can apply, you only need an income to qualify. If you don’t have income in your name, you can use a spouse or friend as a co-signer.

Prior to your treatment date, visit www.carecredit.com and apply for the amount you need. Once approved, you will be given an account number and credit limit. Come to your appointment with this information.

  1. Contact MetropolitanMD and determine the amount of credit you will need for your treatments.
  2. Apply online at www.carecredit.com.
  3. Click on "Patients/Clients"
  4. Click on "Apply Online"
  5. Enter "MetropolitanMD" as the provider
  6. Complete the application form
  7. Come to your appointment with your account number and credit limit
  8. Minimum purchase amounts apply and vary by location

Cash or Check?

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment in full is due at your pre-surgical visit, two weeks prior to surgery. We accept personal and certified checks, but not business checks.
