Dermatology and skin cancer reconstruction patients may be able to use their medical insurance plan to pay for services. We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and PHCS. Patients may also choose to use out of network benefits from other PPO plans. At MetropolitanMD, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. Debit cards are not accepted unless they can be processed and verified as a credit transaction. For any surgical procedure, we do require payment two weeks in advance of treatment. Financing for cosmetic surgical procedures is available through Unicorn and Cosmetic Fee Plan Financing. The interest rates vary depending upon the patient's credit history.
