CHANDRA BRAINER: PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR AND BILLING COORDINATOR

Chandra has been working with Dr. Rachel since 2001. She supports the offices daily operations and is versed in the field of medical coding and insurance billing. As a patient care coordinator, Chandra will be the liaison from the initial consultation with Dr. Rachel, financial planning of your procedure, and throughout the postoperative care. She uses her extensive clinical experience when conveying patient care on the phone, scheduling patients for treatment, and providing knowledge on answering any questions or concerns. In her time away from work, Chandra enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and two children.

DEB SCHROH: PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR AND MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Deb became a critical team member at MetropolitanMD in 2006. She is a graduate of the Decatur Memorial Hospital School of Surgical Technology and has had 34 years of surgical experience. Having worked in the facial cosmetic surgery field for numerous years, her knowledge and experience in the industry is invaluable. She will be your clinical contact from the initial consultation to your postoperative care. She is responsible for coordinating care for all surgical and nonsurgical patients. Deb aims to ensure that every patient feels welcome and relaxed and receives the optimal care and outcome. Deb loves animals and is actively involved in animal rescue and transport. She also enjoys time spent with her friends and family.

KRISTY WERNER: PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR AND MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Kristy has had over 10 years experience in plastic sugery and otolaryngology. She joined our team as patient care coordinator/medical assistant in 2008. She supports the office’s daily operations and works directly with Dr. Rachel. Her caring demeanor and professionalism offers comfort and support to our patients from their preliminary consultation throughout their treatment and surgical treatments. Kristy’s clinical background enables her to provided dedicated one-on-one care for all surgical patients, both preoperatively and post-operatively. Kristy is busy in her spare time- she is newly married and recently became the mother of a baby boy.

ALICIA FLOCK: PARAMEDICAL AESTHETICIAN AND MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Alicia joined MetropolitanMD in 2014, and became a licensed aesthetician in 2007. She has had extensive training in facial aesthetics as well as dermatology. With her professional and clinical background, she is able to educate patients on all the anti-aging skincare and procedures the practice offers. Alicia is skilled in the latest non-surgical treatments and options available for patients. She has had over 7 years experience in the facial aesthetics industry and is versed in dermatology and laser technology. Lasers and various skin care products serve as her tools for helping one achieve the best skin care. She helps patients achieve the best possible results by understanding the benefits of skin care products and being well informed about all the latest treatments and procedures. Alicia is an avid pet lover and is devoted to her two yorkies and family.

ROSE TRAJANO: FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

Rose serves as the patients’ services coordinator and is highly accessible to the patients and the staff. She expertly coordinates the daily activities of Dr. Rachel and the staff, and ensures that the office maintains a welcoming, compassionate, and well-organized environment. Her interests and skills focus on Information Technology and she received an Associates degree in Business and Commerce. She has knowledge in many software systems and platforms and keeps adept with latest changes in Information Technology. Rose is busy in her free time, as she is married with 4 children. Her other hobbies include reading romance novels, and enjoys cooking Italian cuisine.
